Services Offered
TextAgent is a private AI assistant available by SMS text message and phone call for approved users. The service answers user questions, helps with weather and local information, reviews user-sent photos when supported, and schedules user-requested reminders. TextAgent is designed for users who may use basic phones rather than smartphones.
TextAgent does not sell physical goods. It does not send marketing blasts or promotional campaigns. Users initiate conversations by texting or calling the TextAgent phone number.

Pricing
TextAgent may offer a free usage allowance. Current packages are Voice Only at $9 per month or $90 per year, Basic at $12 per month or $120 per year, Plus at $20 per month or $200 per year, Business at $57 per month or $600 per year for three active numbers, and Business Plus at $149 per month or $1,600 per year for eight active numbers. Additional Business numbers are $19 per month or $200 per year each unless otherwise agreed with the TextAgent operator. Existing paid subscriptions keep their current Stripe price until the customer voluntarily changes plans or billing cadence.
Usage limits apply separately to each covered phone number. Business includes 125 message replies per 5 hours and 700 per 7 days, plus 8 image or media uses per 5 hours and 35 per 7 days for each number. Business Plus includes 250 message replies per 5 hours and 1,500 per 7 days, plus 16 image or media uses per 5 hours and 70 per 7 days for each number. Calls are included with a 30-minute limit per call.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel TextAgent service by contacting support at +1 330 275 5320. Cancellations stop future recurring charges. SMS users may text STOP at any time to stop SMS messages.
Refund and Dispute Policy
If you believe you were charged in error, contact TextAgent support at +1 330 275 5320. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, mistaken charges, or service access problems caused by TextAgent. Customers should contact TextAgent first so billing issues can be resolved quickly.
Return Policy
TextAgent provides a digital service and does not ship physical goods. Physical product returns do not apply.

TextAgent access is subject to customer consent, account approval, payment status where applicable, and acceptable use of the service.
