Program Description

TextAgent is a private AI assistant for text and phone help. Users can text questions and receive automated replies about general information, weather, local business lookups, reminders they request, and related informational content.

TextAgent does not send marketing, promotional blasts, lead generation messages, affiliate messages, lending messages, or age-gated content.

Opt-In

Users opt in by texting TRIAL to the TextAgent phone number (+1 330 403 8496), or by calling the same number when TextAgent setup is currently phone-first, and completing the setup flow. By completing setup, you consent to receive SMS replies from TextAgent and reminder notifications you request.

Opt-in is voluntary. TextAgent messages are not required to buy goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your use. TextAgent replies when you text the service and sends reminder notifications only when you request them.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for messages sent to or received from TextAgent.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages unless you text START to join again.

Reply HELP for help or support. You can also contact the TextAgent operator by replying to the TextAgent phone number.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
